Along with their lessons, prisoners are encouraged to submit art. We compile the best art submissions into a bi-annual booklet and send it to prisoners, who find the art stimulating and encouraging. Learn more.
Every lesson goes on a journey when it leaves Crossroads’ office. First, it’s sent to a prisoner. After they complete the lesson, the prisoner mails the lesson back to Crossroads. We mail it to a mentor for marking and reporting. After the mentor marks the lesson, they mail the marked lesson and letter back to the prisoner.
We cover the postage cost for Bibles and Bible study courses mailed to and from prisoners. Because our lessons are substantial, each one often costs $15 in postage. Every dollar contributed to postage helps mail a lesson to a prisoner in need of Jesus.
